I’m in for this challenge. Posting in semi-blog style, most days. Today is Monday. No exercise today or tomorrow. Back at the gym on Wednesday.
I really want to eat sugary food. I’m trying to delay that for as long as possible.
Mon 87.0 kg. 5024 kilojoules eaten today. No exercise. My eczema is bad right now. Maybe it’ll get better when I’m off sugar. I’m avoiding spending money on food. I’ve wasted so much money on sugary foods. I’m hoping to lose weight again tomorrow.
Next week I’ll increase my intake to around 6,000 kilojoules and have a standard amount of exercise. I want to average 6,000 KJ. In the meantime I’ll aim for 5,000. I have a weight loss competition. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday weights are critical for me continue with the competition.
