    A week or so ago I was UP to 153 and I had to get that back off to get back to my original 151.4 this month. I probably won't hit the 1 pound even mark, but that's OK. Consistency is key I guess!

  • Thanks, flower1 and loganandlivsmom! Planning my food in MFP has turned out to be a great tool for maintenance, even though I rarely used it when I was losing weight.

    I've rather surprised myself this month, but pleasantly so. I had last week off work & got lots of exercise, but I think it's mostly because I started doing MFP daily (thanks for the inspiration gardenerjoy ) & cut down my calorie intake quite significantly because of it.
