June Exercise Challenge
Summertime is a great time for meeting exercise goals!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration. This thread is for fitness and exercise goals. My June goal will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise. I have cataract surgery this month. target: gym, sailing, walking - 8x total I'm on vacation for a couple of weeks this month, so I'm not sure what combination of things I'm going to be able to, so I'll just say eight things in total. good luck everyone :) |

I will be in for the June challenge. I am sick, but when I get better I will state my goal.
Ok 06/22/24:dizzy: Just took my last antibiotic so my goal will be 20 mins of walking per day for the rest of the month. Hopefully I will be able to participate the full month in July. So June goal is 180 mins of walking. |
