Summertime is a great time for meeting exercise goals!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My June goal will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise.
I have cataract surgery this month.

June1: 70 min water walking/swimming
June3: 35 min water walk AM
June4: 55 min water walk
June5: 65 min water walk
June6: 60 min water walk
June7: 45 min water walk
June8: 30 min walk; 40 min water walk
June9: 30 min water walk
June10: 40 min water walk
June11: 35 min water walk
June12: 45 min water walk
June13: 30 min water walk
June14: 35 min water walk
June15: 35 min water walk
June16: 45 min water walk
**** time out for cataract surgery ****
June24: 30 min water walk
June25: 30 min water walk
June26: 25 min water walk
June28: 35 min water walk
**** GOAL MET ****

I'm on vacation for a couple of weeks this month, so I'm not sure what combination of things I'm going to be able to, so I'll just say eight things in total.

I will be in for the June challenge. I am sick, but when I get better I will state my goal.

Ok 06/22/24 Just took my last antibiotic so my goal will be 20 mins of walking per day for the rest of the month. Hopefully I will be able to participate the full month in July.

So June goal is 180 mins of walking.

Way to go, Tabbycat, especially considering that you had cataract surgery this month!

Is anyone else going to meet a goal in June?

gym x2, walk x3 (up a mountain each time), sailing x4 - 9 things total
