I didn’t make goal, but I am lower than where I started, so I’ll take that.

Yesterday, the scales gave me 228.8, so I made my goal of 7 lbs and one more. I did well on the Keto diet as far as weight loss and expanded my knowledge of carbs, and thier role in the body functions and fat.
I an quitting the Keto part but will go with low carb in it's place. Eliminating carbs and staying in Keto is just too much work and limiting, it is not a fun thing despite not having to watch out for how much fat I was consuming. Congratulations to all of you who made your goal :carrot: and congratulations to all of you for the loss of weight you accomplished. :cp: Now on to the February challenge. BFR |
