  • Since I have been playing with the same couple of pounds for the last two weeks, I'm going for a more manageable goal for August.

  • Joy, sorry to hear you had COVID. I had it in Feb 2021… it sucks… watch out for long symptoms (the fatigue & brain fog is real).

    my “new thing” is going well after a weekend of celebrating, the scale was DOWN this morning… hoping I can keep it going that way.

  • WendyWants2Change: I'll be looking for a new "new thing" in September, too. I finally got my routine back a couple of days ago, which took much longer than really necessary.
