Since I've been on a losing streak recently, I'm going to aim for a kilogram again. That will put me below my redline of 87.5 for the first time in months, which would be really great, since I intend not to go over my redline, at all.

April goal: -1 kg, Weigh 20x

1: 87.9, 1/20x

I want to get down into the 14st something's this month. I've been far too sedentary over the winter, so I'm going to make an effort to get out & be a bit more active.

well done Joy & Wendy - that's a great start to the month.

I just wanted to note this in case I put it back on again.

start: 15st 1.75lb / 211.75lb
target: 14st 13lb / 209lb
target loss: 2.75lb

current weight: 15st 0.75lb / 210.75lb
loss this month: 1.0lb

4st 0.25lb stone lost total now, which I'm really happy about. 1lb to go until I'm in the "just" overweight BMI range.

You’re doing well Joy.
Me, a bit of yo-yo… between going to my MIL for Easter on Sunday & been too busy to cook so take out for a few days….
1 more week of crazy at work then I can get it together a little better.
hopefully some of this is just “water weight” from excess sodium 🤞 and it will come off quick.

4/4: 178.6
4/5: 178.7

I seem to be maintaining at a weight just above my redline of 87.5kgs. But given that I was maintaining several pounds above that all winter, I'll take it, for now.

1: 87.9, 1/20x
3: 87.35, 2/20x

I’m mainly maintaining… now is the time I can put in a little more effort. We are going away in a week, so probably won’t meet my goal for the month, but as long as I don’t go up, I’m ok with it (for now).

4/3: 180.3
4/4: 178.6
4/5: 178.7
4/6: 178.1
4/7: 178.3
4/8: 178.2
4/9: 179
4/10: 181.3
4/11: 180.3
4/12: 180.6
4/13: 180.1
4/14: 179.3
4/17: 180.9
4/18: 179.4

Wendy: I'm maintaining, too. DH has his second cataract surgery today, so maintenance feels like a good goal for the moment.

1: 87.9, 1/20x
3: 87.35, 2/20x
4: 87.35, 3/20x

7: 88.25, 5/20x

well done on maintaining Joy & Wendy. I hope all went well with you husband's surgery Joy.

start: 15st 1.75lb / 211.75lb
target: 14st 13lb / 209lb
target loss: 2.75lb

current weight: 15st 1lb / 211lb
loss this month: 0.75lb

I'm up 0.25lb since my last post, but still down a bit on the month. getting down into the 14st-somethings is still just about within reach for the month though if I apply myself a bit better.
