target: 15st 10lb / 220lb target loss: 3lb current weight: 15st 11.25lb / 221.25lb loss: 1.75lb 1lb off since last week. 10 days of the month to go & 1.25lb to lose - still very do-able. hope everyone is doing well. :) |
How is everyone doing? It's mathematically impossible for me to meet my goal -- oops! But worth seeing how close that I can get.
