Well, I was a bit optimistic last month so I'm going for a more conservative goal for March. At least it's no mystery why I didn't lose since I fell off the wagon a bit with my eating, but I'm back on track so hope to see a loss this month. Funny thing is, I looked back at my weight loss journey 4 years ago to the day, and I am at the exact weight I was February 28th! Here's hoping this time it sticks!

I more than met my goal, but I don't recommend food poisoning as a weight-loss method.

March goal: -1 kg
10: 88.4 kgs
24: 85.95
28: 84.8

Soooooooooooooo,

Since July I have lost another 8kg of weight after gaining nearly 10kg due to circumstance - and I tell you it has been a hard slog this time I must say it is not an easy thing. Currently sitting on 107kg and aiming for around 100kg mark for those who have not seen me I am about 20ft tall so I dont want to look like a stick insect.

Anyone done the big weight loss journey before and have any tips?

I am exercising about 6 days a week and it is still a challenge mentally I still dream about that BIG MAC
