This thread is for weight loss goals. For your exercise goals, check out our sister thread: June Exercise Challenge
Hi Gardenerjoy, thanks for the shiny new thread. I haven't slept yet, but later hopefully after some good sleep I can give a weigh in. In the meantime my weight on May 31st was 292.4 lbs. with a previous goal of 289.9, my current goal is 286.4 lbs for the month of June.
ETA- I’m going to use yesterday’s weigh in of 292.4 because I couldn’t get a good weigh in for today (no sleep, lots of eating so I’m going to be artificially higher). I would like to lose 6 pounds this month.

I was 294.8 on June 1st, 294.3 on June 2nd and June 3rd I was 293.5. I gained due to lack of sleep which really throws my weight loss journey off track, but I’m back to “running up that hill” , I hope everyone else is doing well.
I came in at 291.3 lbs yesterday (6/5) my lowest yet and it made me officially 25.5 lbs down! I praised God and did my happy dance. My partner and I had been planning a trip to this Japanese restaurant for months as our "cheat meal" and we decided to finally go today (we had a coupon for $25 off that expired this month ) ), we ate a lot of delicious carb-filled food, but back on track for 6/6 and beyond. I would like to hold off on any carb indulgences until October when my daughter and I celebrate our birthdays. While the food was good, it didn't rock my world, I'm fine without an excess of carbs.
