I am back into a routine of daily walking and hope to keep it up.
My June goal will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise.
June2: I did almost two hours of heavy yardwork (picking up sticks, weeding, and pruning). I think that based on how dripping sweaty I was, that can translate into almost one hour of exercise.

So 50 minutes today
June5: 60 min water walking in pool
June6: 80 min water walking
June7: 75 min water walking AM
June7: 60 min water walking PM
June8: 40 min water walking AM
June9: 55 min water walking AM
June10: 60 min water walking AM
June11: 70 min water walking AM
June12: 30 min outdoor walk; 50 min water walk
June20: 40 min water walking AM
June21: 75 min water walk AM
June22: 70 min water walk AM
