We're officially in the trenches of the holiday season—and all the food that comes with it!

Today is Thursday, Dec. 19. I propose a 2-Week Holiday Weight Maintenance Challenge ending Thursday, Jan. 2!

May everyone weigh the same (or near or less) the day after New Year's Day as they do today!
