Happy New Year and Happy New Year to you all! A lot has happened, nothing bad, just crazy stuff and I want my life to be settled again. I realize how much it helps me and how much I enjoyed to be here with the chicks (actually I always realized that) and so I thought no time like the present! I started becoming inactive again (as is often the case with me this time of the year) and I know that is not an excuse but a fact for me and I want to change that!) My goal right now is to just start exercising again and doing my tapes and or whatever, walking etc. I am putting myself at a 120 minutes per week, not much I know but just starting again will thrill me and I know more will be to follow. Here is to a healthy start of the new year! Tytyty for being here so consistently for us! I am excited for my start.........wishing a wonderful and healthy and happy journey for us all in 2019! Wait! lol.....that is 120 minutes per week, so that is 480 minutes this month (120 minutes per week) sorry!
