momtopands Thank you!! It is really hard to predict a goal for these long term challenges so I rarely ever end up meeting my goal, but it feels so good to see the progress!!!

thanks! yes, i'm maintaining perfectly, but I still would like to be able to eat more and maintain, as I feel like i'm having to stay almost as strict as when I was losing. Maybe I can eat more without putting weight on, but will do it gradually.
Actually I know how I can get my wish - I should move more. I really should...…...

I think you are all doing really well!

I had to go on a business trip last week, so only got 2 of 4 workouts in. But, I am happy that I managed even those! I did not snack at all during the week, but I did have more restaurant food than usual.

I am not going to weigh until Saturday. But, I feel like I can manage where I am at for the summer and then figure out how to carve off a little bit more fat in the Fall.

I'm about to left "obesity" to enter "overweight" as my BMI is exactly 30.

Sigh - I have to de-carb. Like RIGHT NOW.

My carb-infested week last week has lead to severe cravings this week...and I am giving in to ALL OF THEM.

Sigh.

So, like it or not, I have to dukan-diet myself. NO CARBS. (Well, okay, veggies....but NO OTHER CARBS)

No white foods. No fruits. Just meat and veggies. And the odd piece of cheese.

It is going to be HORRID for like, 3 days - and then it is completely manageable. And then I can watch my tummy bloat disappear and hopefully NOT be afraid to step on the scale.

I've been keeping track all along on the challenge spreadsheet separately, and I just realized that we only have a week left on there!! :o (Though, the spreadsheet ends a day earlier than this thread says it does...did the final day change to the 20th instead of the 21st?) Sorry I haven't been posting as much on here as I was hoping I would...I post on my two daily threads during lunch time, then tell myself that I will come back later to update on the other threads, and I very rarely end up doing that. I know, I'm horrible...lol. But, wow! I can't believe this challenge is almost through. Did that feel like it went by super fast for anyone else? :lol: At this point, I know I won't be making my original goal of 20.8 lbs down, but I'm sitting at 15 lbs down right now, and that is pretty close in the grand scheme of things...we will see what happens in this next week! Hope everyone is doing alright in here, and - again - I'm sorry for not being more on top of the thread this time around. From the looks of it, a lot of you are doing great -- so cheers to you all!! :cheer3:

well thanks ophelia, i'd completely forgotten about the spreadsheet! I don't know this weeks weight because i'm travelling at the moment, but just filled in the rest retrospectively now :)

I have a tough time posting to all the social media challenges I joined in 2018...this is why I have cut it DOWN. And, for the summer, I don't want to be in a challenge, but I do like to pop in to say "hello" and for accountability, actually.

I did yoga, today. Am feeling limber and relaxed and stretched out. A win!
