  • I had some chocolate yesterday and a fattier wrap than I normally would have for breakfast and thr scale was super disappointing this morning. Up over 2lbs from my 155.2. I'm hoping it's just water retention from the increased sugar and will flush away pretty easily with a stricter diet in the next couple of days. I'm feeling pretty disappointed and upset with myself, though.

    No weight change since moving from attack to cruise (Dukan diet).
