I ended up with stomach distress yesterday. I thought that was going to be the end of my 18-month daily exercise streak. Then, I remembered that one of my yoga DVDs, Yoga for Stress Relief. has routines for stomach issues.
I’m really bad at being sick. Once I’ve decided that staying in bed will do more harm than good (causes insomnia and muscle aches), I don’t know what to do with myself. It was nice to have someone else tell me what to do for 30 minutes. I didn't realize that I would be able to do my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs almost every day. In fact, I had forgotten that I even had them! So, instead of 600 minutes, I'd like for my goal to be 900 minutes. |
