working looking forward to seeing you in the November weigh in challenge!! Stop by the 30.2 lbs. till Christmas thread and if you are interested, join in. I basically set that thread up so that I could challenge myself to try to get to 100 lbs. lost by Christmas and a bunch of lovely people have joined in with me!

Im guessing this thread died, but bringing it back because it's worked for me in the past.

Two challenges Alcohol (3 pause days) I don't drink much, but I have some events and want to stay on track

No Forbidden foods (2 pause days)

potatoes, rice, pasta, sushi, donuts, fried foods,soda,hamburgers

Runs from March 18th to April 8th

Water challenge
 
My 21 day Challenge is to drink more water. My aim is get back to 80 oz. Per day by end of 3 weeks. :swim:

Day one (3/19) alcohol was mildly tempted, but I have too many events coming up so it was an easy pass. Food, I did I realized the place I went out had something i would love to try, but it's only day one and avoided temptation. Food prepped so food shouldn't be a big deal until later in the week.

Hi Sea, nice to do a challenge with you.

I have been having trouble focusing on myself, although I am moving and recording my milage ;). Diet wise I think the best thing I can start with now is water, (Thankyou sea for inspiring me). So my challenge to drink at least 6 cups of water per day with 3 pause days possible. I am starting today and have had 3 cups down already, yes, I Can do this! :flow1:
