I basically set that thread up so that I could challenge myself to try to get to 100 lbs. lost by Christmas and a bunch of lovely people have joined in with me!

Two challenges Alcohol (3 pause days) I don't drink much, but I have some events and want to stay on track No Forbidden foods (2 pause days) potatoes, rice, pasta, sushi, donuts, fried foods,soda,hamburgers Runs from March 18th to April 8th |
Water challenge
My 21 day Challenge is to drink more water. My aim is get back to 80 oz. Per day by end of 3 weeks. :swim:

Day one (3/19) alcohol was mildly tempted, but I have too many events coming up so it was an easy pass. Food, I did I realized the place I went out had something i would love to try, but it's only day one and avoided temptation. Food prepped so food shouldn't be a big deal until later in the week.

Hi Sea, nice to do a challenge with you. I have been having trouble focusing on myself, although I am moving and recording my milage ;). Diet wise I think the best thing I can start with now is water, (Thankyou sea for inspiring me). So my challenge to drink at least 6 cups of water per day with 3 pause days possible. I am starting today and have had 3 cups down already, yes, I Can do this! :flow1: 3/22- |
