New Challenge Tonight
Hi, Everyone,
I have formed a habit of eating late at night/in the middle of the night. While I am a pretty healthy eater and don't have severe weight issues, the snacking makes me feel sluggish and unhealthy (note: I eat A LOT when I snack...and I am not hungry when I snack).
Tonight I am starting a challenge to go three days without snacking at night. My hope is that I can start with three days, and slowly work my way up to breaking the habit altogether (it worked for running - took me a year, but I can finally run 5 miles!).
Anyway, I was hoping to find some support and accountability here. I would like to be able to "check in" and share my success/get some support from those that have struggles they are trying to overcome or have been successful in overcoming.
