Checking in, but not weighing in because we're at the trailer. Already went for a kayak around the lake and am prepping for a birdwatching hike this afternoon. No point in waiting until I lose weight to get active. Active starts today!

I'm joining!!! I'm not joining an exercise challenge because I may fail and I don't want to beat myself up so I'll add in my goal here if that's okay!
I'm going to weigh in weekly and I'm going to try to exercise 3 times a week. Even if it's just 10 minutes. I started a LCHF diet so I'm still getting used to that! When I exercise I will add it. SW 254.2 GW- 240.0 June 3rd- 254.2 June 10th- 252.6 (drank and had lots of carbs Thursday) June 17th- Was on vacation and drank every day :/ June 24th- 249.8 June 30th- GOAL?!?!?!?- |

Still at the trailer, so no scales until tomorrow. Mini goals of more exercise and less wine have been met. Next week's challenge: portion control! I really didn't need as much as I ate last night for supper. Hopefully the extra kayak ride and walks this morning was enough to neutralize it!

LOSS: -.2 6/12: DNW 6/13: 6/14: 6/15: 6/16: LOSS: I leave for vacation for 2 weeks on the 16th so I may not check in after that until I return. my goal is to be under 236.6 by then, I know 10 lbs in two weeks is lofty but I'm going for it.... I love your idea of weekly mini goals, ridinggirl! I hope you don't mind if I join in with you and make them as well. My mini goal for the rest of this week will be focused on drinking no diet coke and not over indulging on my bday later in the week. OMG, I almost missed it, your weigh in after the weekend was INSANE :carrot: I am so jealous :D

I have such a difficult time drinking enough water because we are always on the go and its not convenient to run to the bathroom every hour. My Scales were acting up on me this morning. After a decade of use, I suppose it's time to invest in a new set.
I sure wish that the numbers it was throwing up were right! Staying with my water and exercise program! |
kfunk : my stats were not that great (still good though!) I transposed the 5 and the 8... oops!
Still on a good path though! I'll take slow and steady, we're not half way though June! As a 'Weekend Warrior', I can hike, ride and kayak off lots of calories. Today's mini goal: Figure out that Weight loss ticker so I can update it! Does frustration burn off fat? #oldpeopleproblems |
