I probably will be up tomorrow. But making my weight loss goal a little smaller. Hoping to lose 5 lbs for the month of May. Extremely doable but with all the "celebrations" and birthdays during the spring/summer weight loss becomes hard! Hope everyone did well for April and continues in the month of May!

I'm in! I am also competing in the Memorial Day challenge, but I figure this one goes a few days later, so might as well push myself a little more! My goal is to lose 15 pounds this month and increase my exercise. I'll report my starting weight tomorrow!

Hi all! Been away since last October and I'm starting again. :carrot:
I'm only going to weigh myself the 1st of each month. My goal is to stay on target with calories & carbs and forget about the scale for awhile. Each day that I stick with it will get an "x". One thing I'm doing different is breaking down my weight goals into 20lbs. increments. My head needs all the help it can get :dizzy: Here's to a great month! Hello to all the old and new faces! I am in again and hopefully will be more accountable this month. Last month was not a huge success, I did not meet my goal but I dropped 3 kg (7 pounds) and that gotta count as something. Here is for a very successful May! I am hoping to reach my first milestone of 95 kg this month. Fingers crossed!
