Great to see most of us still hanging in there. I am on vacation and I must admit that I have been eating more than usual. I will however get back on track when I get home. I need this time to regroup and just get some rest.

Welcome Tristal!! This website has been very helpful to me and I only wish I would have found it sooner, maybe that would have kept me from reaching 256 lbs. I read every success and mini success story and looked at all the pictures; it was very inspirational and kept me going. Good luck!!

Thanks guys! I'm actually a long-term chick. I've been on and off this site for many years. By the time I come back, I make a new account because my old ones are no longer active or I can't access them. This is my third run around. This site helped me a lot when I was a teenager because I'm kind of antisocial and finding a willing buddy is hard. Blogging helps me keep myself in check.

I just bought a scale today! The progress I posted on Monday was from a weigh in from the previous week at someone else's house. So, I'll be able to regularly check in with that now. I've been starting out with weight training again for the last month. Bought a curl bar and two five and ten pound weights; I'll get heavier ones once I work myself up. I do minor lifting a few days a week along with proper stretches. Most days of the week I have two hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a light lunch along with a larger dinner. I really need to focus on less calorie consumption and processed foods altogether.

"2017 One Week and Beyond Challenge"
 
Hello Everyone
I am back from vacation and have a nice tan plus I gained 4 pounds. The good news is that I have lost 2 of the 4 as of this morning. I am back on plan and have a new refresh motivation to keep losing. Its great to see new members and that everyone is doing well. Tristal your plan is great and I am sure you will do well. Kay & Jessie Wow! you both are staying focused and are always encouraging others. We are all in this journey together and I hope we all will reach our goals. Just keep it real and lose slowly and it those pounds will stay off. We know what works and what doesn't so keep finding new ways to lose those pounds and Never give up. We can do this! A new week starts tomorrow and a second chance to get it right, DON'T waste it.

So, when I weighed myself at the end of last week I was on track. I was at 191lbs my last weigh in and today I'm at 193. I am having a brutal time of the month right now and my fibromyalgia has been flaring up so I'm somewhat immobile at the moment. I'm not getting discouraged as of yet because a few pounds of fluctuation can happen every single day within hours.

BCL216 - I could go for a tan about now. I'm pretty sure if I went to go swimming I'd blind people. :yikes: Glad you had a nice vacation!

Tristal I hope that you are feeling better! I bet you will have a huge whoosh this week. With your TOM and the inflammation from your flare up, you are probably retaining a ton of water.
