Great job on your progress this week, everyone!
Unfortunately, I forgot to weigh before breakfast, so I know this is inaccurate but wanted to honor the challenge rules. I'm hoping next WI will be a large drop as I will not be full of food, and I will be firmly settled into my WOE as opposed to experimenting like I was before.

I like your idea one :carrot: for every 10 pounds, Lets keep it add to the challenge. For every 25 pounds lost, we will use :flow1: as reward.
We all can use all forms of motivation we can get. Keep up the good work.
