Awesome job MorningGlory and Rosinante!! I am going to post my weekly updates on Tuesdays. Despite being on plan, this has been a very frustrating week for me with the scale. Hopefully I will see a small loss by then, but at this point I would be happy just breaking even. I hope everyone has a great weekend!! |

Hi ladies!!! I haven't really been posting too much, not a whole lot of activity! Had been on a bit of a rollercoaster with my weight the last week! Finally had a bit of a whoosh this morning. I'm hoping it stays off. I love how much extra motivation whooshes provide! I'm ready to go dominate the day! Finally getting nicer out, so I am looking forward to taking my exercising outside. Only 222 days until my wedding! Need to kick this into gear!!

Congrats on your whoosh, Farn! I'm trying to lose for my wedding, too! I have 550 days (thank goodness!), and I need to make every one of them count. I refuse to hate my wedding pictures! ---------- SW: 163.6 CW: 161.8 GW: 148 A little bummed by this little bump up, but not TOO bummed. I definitely felt like I was eating too much yesterday even though I ate exactly what I tracked. Bumping down my bites a bit today. |

Laura :welcome2: Hope you all had a nice weekend. It's so nice to come in and see everyone's news and progress, inspirational! Congrats on the losses ladies :carrot::cheer2::cheer2: and progress and to everyone, congrats on sticking with it and today is a whole new day and fresh start and wishing you all a great one. From when our challenge started here (my WI was the 12thn I believe), I was at 181.4 and am currently at 179.7, a loss of 1.7 so far! We still have a whole 12 days left to this month! I was gone all day yesterday to a family party. They had corned beef and cabbage as the main course and I had a small portion of a little of everything and didn't overeat. I am excited about the start of our new week and now focusing on just today and making it a good day. It's mild and sunny and I need to get my tail in gear and do some exercise, thinking to get in a nice walk. Have a super day and catch you all soon! :) keep up the great work everyone. |

Hi girls, waving. A quickie check in for now. I hope that your all having a good new day! I woke up feeling like I really had to push myself for a walk (must take advantage of the mild days now while I can) but it really helped once I got going. Aiming to make it a good day. I need to get my butt in gear now and do my tape. I also need to remember to sip on plenty of water tonight!
Some days I need to push myself and today is one of them! Farn and taking control Awesome drops ladies! :carrot::carrot: yay on the whoosh Farn! They really are motivating! Do you enjoy walking outdoors? kfunk hang in there, day by day, you will beat it! That can happen to me sometimes too and then the bugger starts moving again or there is a sudden drop or whoosh. Britt and Morning Glory Congrats on the drops too! :carrot::carrot: Oh I better get this bod moving again. I charged up my fitbit. Thank you for giving me the heads up about this challenge, Weekend Boater! I was looking for something with "Summer" in the title, so I never even clicked on this one...lol. Didn't realize that this was the follow-up to the Spring challenge. D'oh! :lol:
I hope you guys don't mind me jumping in a little late! I'm a little nervous about this one, because we're getting read to move across the country -- (not sure if we're packing up in April to leave on the first of May, or packing up at the end of May to leave the first of June...waiting on the final word from our next duty station) -- but, either way, I know that there will be a stressful move and about a week on the road, since we'll be going up to my husband's hometown for a few days before heading out West. That's going to be a huge upset to both my eating and my exercise routine, so I think I need this challenge more than anything right now to help keep me on track. Since I know I will be moving, I want to be kind to myself but also want to make sure I stay on track, so - since my weigh-in today was 246.0 on the nose - I will be setting my goal at 16 lbs lost to get down to an even number of 230 lbs.
