I've never tried doing this sister challenge to the weight loss thread...but, I figure it is still early enough in the month to try it out this time around! My goal is a minimum of 10k steps a day, or at least 310,000 steps by the end of the month!

Ophelia, it is great to see you here and omg, wtg on the steps! Great to see everyone! We still have TODAY and tomorrow left to our first! As ALL I know is thank god I got my first week in as I did and the rest of the month feels maneagble. I never know what can knock on lifes door so I just always try to take it day by day and never get cocky! I so cannot believe that we start a new week Wednesday!
