Surpassed my goal of 310,000 steps for March last night by hitting 315,782 steps! :) Added a "Part Two" to my ticker and rounded my goal up to 400k by the end of the month.

Ophelia woot, congratulations on reaching your goal and all of your steps! :cheer2::cheer2::congrat: and on that 5.5 mile walk the other day! I just got a fitbit a few months ago and part of my goal this month was to beat last months steps, after seeing your report I finally went into fitbit and figured out where I can plug the dates in etc., soooo cool! tyty :) You set a good example by adding more. I am approx. 50 min. away from my minutes goal and It honestly crossed my mind the other day that I can be a slacker after if I want! :lol: It was just a thought! lol , so thanks for the wonderful inspiration too! :) keep on shining girl. I need to do my chart later, have a terrific day everyone, bb soon. |

Goal 1400 min., increase steps over last month's (Feb 1-28), and do the Leslie Samsone tape at least 3x a week. I completed my minutes, increased my steps so far by over 30 percent, and I still need to do the Leslie Samsone tape a few more times. I can't think right now but I am thinking to follow suit with Ophelia (ty hon : ) ) and add some more minutes just to keep me on an even keel and it will be good for me this week too with lousy weather. (229,581 steps) March: Goal 1400 min (3/26 currently at 1,478 min.) increase steps over last month's (Feb 1-28) and do the Leslie Samsone tape at least 3x a week. I will be doing more minutes by months end, I still have my tapes and other exercises though decided not to put a specific number on it and at the end of the month record it and print out my sheet so I can keep track of my workouts and progress : ) keep up the great work everyone.
