November Exercise Challenge
 
November is Movember in the November Exercise Challenge -- let's get moving!

I'm going to stick with 1300 minutes for November.

Last month, I did 4 DVD workouts (after years of skipping them entirely). They really help me with variety, especially stretching and strength-training, so I'm going to increase that goal to 8 in November.

Hello! I used to be a consistent exerciser, even when overeating, and the benefits are so great. But I have slacked so badly. I would love to join to hold myself accountable. I do workouts that I find on youtube, plus the occasional DVD. My goal for November will be to do a workout of some sort, at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week.

I have done some walking this week, 30 min yoga 2 times. 1 30 min abs circuit workout. So I need 3 more yoga, I more workout for the week! And more walking.

Vermontmom - I did the same thing the first couple of months I participated...I think it actually provides more accountability this way, and encourages you to post every day. At least for me. Great workouts, btw!
