I think I'll go for 1200 minutes too. Mostly StrongLifts 5x5 and Rowing.

1200 minutes sounds pretty awesome. I hope I can get that or even more!

I need to get back on track, so my goal for July will be 1,500 minutes. That's what I did in May and saw good results on the scales!

Okay - I never even got out of the gate in June -- so, I'm going to go for the following:
5 days a week - bounce on tramp 5 times a day for 2 minutes each (B5x2) 5 days a week - walk at least 10 minutes (W10) 2 days a week - exercise video (EV) Estimate = 550 minutes GOAL for July F 01-Jul - 15 min (W10 + B 5x1) [15/550] S 02-Jul - 10 min (W09 + B 1x1) [25/550] S 03-Jul - no exercise M 04-Jul - no exercise T 05-Jul - 15 min walk [40/550] |
I completed my aggressive (for me) goal of 1200 minutes last month...no reason I can't do it again, especially with one extra day in the month!
