Just lost two pounds on a short weekend break, I ate quite a lot but clearly all the walking has done the trick. Just about a pound until my July goal! :carrot: Also I just reached my first minigoal. Slow going this month, although it’s my own fault. I’ve been doing a lot of gardening and other work around the house, and the hard work makes me hungry! So I’ve been eating more than normal. On the plus side, I’m only eating healthy meals, but I’m consuming larger portions and eating lots of snacks (fruit, yoghurt). Healthy or not, it all adds up. I toned things down about a week ago and I’m now starting to see a bit more movement. Not likely to make July’s goal, but at least I’ll see an overall loss, which is a plus!
