Losing weight that doesn't want to be lost!
I want to lose 7 pounds by the end of the month. I don't want to consider it a diet, because I need a lifestyle change. I haven't stepped foot on a scale in months, scared of what number will be reflected! I will weigh in tomorrow morning, so I can actually put a number on here, and have a real goal in mind!

GW: 140 but I'll be happy with any loss at this point CW: 161 - down 4 lbs (and it's TOM!) Yeah I have been using the Calorie Counter website and it's amazing the amount of calories in foods. I had 6 perogies last night at dinner. It wasn't until I entered my food that I noticed that each is 170 calories!!! I think I'll start entering the food first to see what the number is so I can decide if I want it. Have a great week everyone |

I am going for SW: 240.4 (6/30) CW: 237.2 (-3.2) GW: 229.9 (-10.5 ... want to be in the 220's :cool:) Day one will most likely be an increase - heck of a way to begin the month, but it should be down hill from here on out :crossed: 7/01 - 239.8 SHOCK! CW: 160 lbs (-5) GW: 140 lbs I was happy to see another lb gone as I have been having fun with a lady holidaying in the apt next door. We have been drinking and eating a lot. We have been home bodies for the last 3 days so no walking - yikes. But it's our Sat rescue dog walk today and so we will be walking for 2 - 3 hours (we walk rescue dogs that are up for adoption). I have been doing at least 30 min of stretches / work out while watching TV. I'm happy to add that back into my routine. Keep up the good work everyone JAMIELT - you have indicated a 3 not 2 in your weight .... looks like you have gained 100 lbs instead of loosing. |

Although, I know mother nature is getting her gift ready for me, which is due around for next week. After next week, the water weight should be gone. I found a weight loss buddy, so that should help.
