    I started strength training, so I am not surprised by this up. I will likely have more because of strength training. I am probably a little dehydrated too. I always wake up feeling like my mouth had all the moisture sucked out of it.

  • Yes ennay, which is why I don't want to weigh in the mornings at times. I should wake up early and drink water and then wait lime an hour to weigh myself. My muscles are killing me though.
  • shymouse I hadn't actually seen today's post, my reaction was to how quickly it has fallen! I wouldn't be surprised by the up after a drop like that. It always seems like my body shuffles water around and if I drop fast there is always a rebound.
  • I see, yes, I was surprised by the fall too. Let's see if I can main things to at least still reach my first goal.

    Dehydrated and I had to do my weight pretty much before going to the bathroom, so yeah. I really need to wake up early for a better weight in the morning. Tomorrow will hopefully be the day.
