I am joining late BUT with good attitude to stay long :)

Today's going to be a challenge. I've kept my walking up on hot days, but 101 is too hot!

My current exercise plan looks like this. However, if I get 100% on my activity tracker without a workout, sometimes I skip 'em.
Sunday/Wednesday - Yoga Monday/Thursday - Weights Tuesday/Saturday - Rowing 6/13/16 - 5x5 StrongLifts Workout A, 58 minutes 6/14/16 - Skipped :( 6/15/16 - Skipped again :( I know I shouldn't make excuses, but I'd taken a break from lifting, and I was so sore the last two days I couldn't hardly move. 6/16/16 - 5x5 Workout B, 50 minutes 6/17/16 - Rest Day 6/18/16 - 100% activity (8hr remodelling) 6/19/16 - 100% activity (8hr remodelling) 6/20/16 - 5x5 A, 64minutes 6/21/16 - Skipped :( 6/22/16 - Yoga 6/23/16 - 5x5 B 6/24/16 - Rest Day 6/25/16 - Rowing (4x 6/4) 6/26/16 - Yoga 6/27/16 - 5x5 A 6/28/16 - Rowing (4 x 6/4) 6/29/16 - Yoga 6/30/16 - 5x5 B |

I'm not doing so hot on the exercise front recently. I'm busy trying to get a house finished up, plus I've not been sleeping well, so it makes it hard to motivate me to exercise. I aim to finish out the month strong though and do better next time.

I'm goaling myself for 1200 minutes this month. DH and I are walking a 5K in less than 2 weeks. We've never done anything like this before and are super excited!! June 1: 40 minute treadmill, 5 minute kettlebell = 45 minutes + 30 min tread = 75 minutes total for day June 2: 30 treadmill, 10 kettlebell, 5 stretch = 45 minutes June 3 : June 4: 55 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 60 minutes June 5: 45 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 50 minutes June 6: 40 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 45 minutes June 7: 50 minutes treadmill + 10 minute kettlebell - 60 minutes June 8: 30 minutes treadmill June 9: 30 minutes treadmill + 5 minute Kettlebell - 35 minutes June 10: 60 minutes treadmill (tomorrow is our 5K - wasn't going to do any exercise, obviously changed my mind ) June 11: 90 minutes June 12: June 13: 35 minutes treadmill + 10 minutes Kettlebell = 45 minutes June 14: 60 treadmill June 15: 35 treadmill June 16: 35 treadmill June 17: 30 minutes June 18: June 19: 60 minutes June 20: 20 minutes June 21: 30 minutes June 22: 60 minutes June 23: 30 minutes June 24: 35 minutes June 25: 10 minutes June 26: June 27: 50 minutes June 28: 60 minutes...I got this...90 minutes left for the month!
