Another long day at work, but I managed to squeeze in a quick workout in my gym this morning and a short walk this afternoon.

Total to date: 140 minutes
Goal: 1,000 minutes

Jun 1: 15 min treadmill + 15 min elliptical (30/30)
Jun 2: 60 min walk (60/90)
Jun 3: 20 min treadmill + 30 min walk (50/140)
