  • I am going on a trip in late June, so even though I am getting a late start here I would like to join the challenge. I weighed in this morning and I was 175, Looking to get outside for some fresh air and exercise this weekend! Will check in on Monday.

    Rechyl, you are my hero we have similar goal, but you are out in front of me, I hope we make it.
  • its hard but i honestly believe we can do it as long as we keep at it. if you have a bad day, week, month, whatever, just get back on it as soon as you can

    I know I've been delinquent, but I was deep in the final weeks/exam period. Now that things have calmed down a bit, here's my update. I don't have any stats available from the first week I skipped, but I'll include last week.

    18.6 pounds is steep to manage in 6 weeks, but it's definitely worth a try as it would be pleasant surprise at this point, even if I'm just shy of the goal
