i cant stay till the 20th as i go on holiday on the 11th of June but is it ok to join anyway?
Aiming to lose 15lbs by holiday so that i weigh under 139.
I am going on a trip in late June, so even though I am getting a late start here I would like to join the challenge. I weighed in this morning and I was 175, Looking to get outside for some fresh air and exercise this weekend! Will check in on Monday.

its hard but i honestly believe we can do it as long as we keep at it. if you have a bad day, week, month, whatever, just get back on it as soon as you can
Its Tuesday again?!? holy moly. Time has been flying as we are getting ready for a big move this weekend and next weekend. Doing my best to make good choices
Here is my update. I did not work out as much as I wanted, maybe this week.

I know I've been delinquent, but I was deep in the final weeks/exam period. Now that things have calmed down a bit, here's my update. I don't have any stats available from the first week I skipped, but I'll include last week.
18.6 pounds is steep to manage in 6 weeks, but it's definitely worth a try as it would be pleasant surprise at this point, even if I'm just shy of the goal
