i stuck under calories, exercised my *** off and i gained weight...... its not fair

It's been awhile
Hello, all
I know I've been delinquent, but I was deep in the final weeks/exam period. Now that things have calmed down a bit, here's my update. I don't have any stats available from the first week I skipped, but I'll include last week. SW (03-19-2016) - 182 03-21-2016 - 180.2 03-28-2016 - 180.2 04-04-2016 - 181.4 04-18-2016 - 185.2 (Last week, a combination of poor eating and plain non-agreeable foods) 04-25-2016 - 180.6 04-02-2016 04-09-2016 04-16-2016 04-23-2016 04-30-2016 04-06-2016 04-13-2016 04-20-2016 18.6 pounds is steep to manage in 6 weeks, but it's definitely worth a try as it would be pleasant surprise at this point, even if I'm just shy of the goal |
i stayed the same this week but ive just started ToM today so hopefully ill get a whoosh

Dropped 2 lbs. this past week, which was a great result. Getting closer to goal every week!

hey all!! I will have to skip this weeks weigh in b/c we are smack dab in the middle of moving and my scale is at the new place but we still are at our old place the rest of this week!! I will see if my neighbor has a scale I can hop on but it has been go go go every day and it won't stop until late sunday :headache: I have been very active the past few weeks so I am hoping to be in the 180s next time I get on the scale!! :cloud9: but who knows!

Here is my update. I cannot believe what I have achieved so far. 170 lbs was my initial goal but I am now motivated to go 5lbs under my goal weight in order to have some room to play with maintenance.

SW 274 CW 248.2 June 20th goal 254 (but more would be great ) I weigh daily, but will record Monday mornings number. Hopefully it will help keep me accountable over the weekend 3/22 274 3/28 274 (salt from Easter) 4/4 270 4/11 266 4/18 vacation - out of town 4/25 263.4 5/2 261.2 5/9 260.2 5/16 255.4 OMG!!! 5/23 255.6 (should not had had sausage links and ham over the weekend before weigh in!! Joining really late. Just restarted on 5/9 at 180.7. I haven't been doing much in the way of trying to stay on track so this may give me that needed push. Thanks SleepyOwl for starting the thread :)

I update my weigh in on my first post. I have been gaining weight due to stress eating. I have been getting to the gym some. But need to workout more and get back on my food plan. I found out my Dad's cancer is back after 6 years. We find out next Tuesday what options he has at the doctor visit. Good Luck, Everyone! |
