Smile January Weight Loss Challenge
We're here every month of the year, but January is extra-fun because the whole world wants to be part of the fun of a weight-loss challenge.

Join the January Weight Loss Challenge to set your goal, track it, and meet it -- with the help of a supportive and encouraging group. All the goals will be compiled into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

12/31/2015: 196.4 LBS. My lowest weight of 2015.

SW: 198.8 CW: 195.8 (- 3) GW: 187 I will be down 75 LBS from highest weight.

1. 198.8 I went to a birthday party last night. Up a few LBS from yesterday.
