1/19/2016 - 1 cardio t 25 total body circuit, wasnt as hard this time, but i also do the modification. NSV I can get up and done to do stuff without have to use a chair, I'm slow, but I can do it.

1/23/2016 - bob harper youtube workout 40 min 1 cardio, 1 strength, tried to do some stretch with piyo, just to fast for me to modify and do the moves, but I stretched.

I need to average a bit over 40 minutes a day to get my minutes completed. Also, I need to do 3 strength-training sessions in 6 days. If I don't want to do those on back-to-back days, I need to do it today and every other day after.
