Lol! :hungry: Thursday, I weighed 168, yesterday I didn't weigh, today after yesterday's Christmas Day feast (and my Carb Day), I weigh 171.5, and I'm happy with that! :D I hope everyone has had a great holiday!

Jacqui, probably most people who gained aren't posting about it. LOL. It's a hard season to lose weight. I would have liked my weight not to have not bounced around so much; hoping to stay more consistently at or below 155 in 2016.
My goals: 1. Weigh and post daily 2. Maintain under 160 pounds. 12/01 - 155.25 12/02 - 155 12/03 - 154 12/04 - 154 12/05 - 154.5 (wedding) 12/06 - 154.5 12/07 - 157 12/08 - 158 . Time to get back on protocol. 12/09 - 157.75 12/10 - 158.5 . Time to throw out the leftover wedding cake. 12/11 - 159 12/12 - 159 12/13 - 159 12/14 - 157.5 12/15 - 157.25 12/16 - 156.5 12/17 - 156.5 12/18 - 159 . Mexican food for dinner last night. 12/19 - 159.25 . Cajun food for dinner last night. That's the end of eating out for a while! 12/20 - 158.25 12/21 - 159 . UGH. 12/2 197.9 - staying on plan, but going in wrong direction 2 days now... :-/ 12/3 196.3 - that's better... 12/4 196.3 12/5 195.9 12/6 195.7 12/7 195.1 12/8 196.2 - went off plan yesterday :-/, back on plan today 12/27 197.2 I got off track earlier in the month and, with my daughter scheduled to visit (and things crazy at work), decided to go off a strict eating plan. Even with eating most everything I wanted, I kept portions pretty small and feel pretty good that I gained less than a pound from my 12/1 weigh-in. I had a great time with my daughter, and am ready to get back on track now... I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I see that many of you made nice progress on your weight loss goals this month. I ate sodium-laden leftover ham all yesterday and salted mixed nuts as a late-night snack :dizzy: on top of not having drunk enough water, and today I am up to 173! :fr: No ham and mixed nuts for me today! :nono: And more water! :cheers:
