Hi everyone! Late joiner here. I need something to keep myself on track over the holidays and prevent a gain. What better than having a goal to LOSE?
There are 12 days left until the end of the year so I'm setting my goal at 196. That's a 3 lb loss from my current 199. Time to get back on protocol. 12/09 - 157.75 12/10 - 158.5 . Time to throw out the leftover wedding cake. 12/11 - 159 12/12 - 159 12/13 - 159 12/14 - 157.5 12/15 - 157.25 12/16 - 156.5 12/17 - 156.5 12/18 - 159 . I haven't even wanted to get on the scale this month! Stepped on it yesterday and today and weighed 133 both times. That's a 2 pound loss; goal is 5 pounds. Gonna be close... |
