I rarely eat late at night, but yesterday, I was just off the whole day. Today was better, so hopefully the scale will reflect it!
I hope you get your work eating schedule figured out in a way that will work for you! And with how much exercise you are doing while at work, I wouldn't be surprised if you are holding water to repair your muscles! 
Magistra, if my weight is the same or higher tomorrow, it will be because I stayed really busy today and need to drink more water. Let's drink up!
