Well done. Hard work pays off! I'm taking a bit of time off and trying not to gain any weight while doing it. It's my major projects hand in next Friday, so I am super stressed and working all the time. Have no time to exercise or even go out! I'm trying to be good with food, I did have a cookie two days in a row. Not a tiny one, but big proper juicy bugger. It made me feel good. On the first day. On the second day it made my tummy hurt. So won't be having any of these again! I've got now ToM visiting too, so any effort I would make exercising would be non existant anyway :) Hope you are all well and doing better than me. |

And I am back!
How are everyone getting on? I had so many cake and chocolate, scared of the scales! Plus I am hungover after had too many drinks after my final hand in. Looking forward to getting back to running and losing weight!! |
I had first run today....after two weeks I think.
I started the 10k training now. Did the first day of that. Was pretty hard but I just did it a pace what was comfortable for me. The difference is from 5k training, that it lasts an hour! 5 min warm up then 4x10 minute runs with 1 min walking in the middle and then 5min cooldown. Did 7km all together, pretty happy about it. I also checked out the scales today...after the run, just in case ;) 179lbs! Phew. At least I didn't put any weight on with my eating crap and not exercising weeks! That is a great motivation! I know I won't get close to losing 10lbs this month but I will try for 5 more by the end of May. Ideally would like to lose another 20lbs by 17th of July. This is my graduation and I am going on a hoilday after that! Can I do it?! Hope so :) Hope you all are having a nice weekend! |
