I also got to work in my garden and yard a bit this weekend! I won't be planting much this year, but it was nice to clean up a bit and get things ready to give away to friends. We're moving this summer so I am gifting most of my soil and pots to a friend. I did keep two pots for flowers out front and will hang onto a few for herbs. Felt good to get some dirt under my nails.

Also got to hang dry my clothes on the line for the first time this year. Ahh, spring!

Nonameslob I used c25k by zen labs to work up to 30 mins. I left the app on my phone, then did it again in the fall, I'm planning on doing it again in May, it just writes over the date you did it last time. I also use runkeeper for tracking, also free version, you can log yoga, walking, hiking, etc, it sends your exercise calories earned to myfitnesspal if you use that. A guy I worked with used mapmyrun, he liked it.

Funny thing; I installed google pedometer on my phone. I just looked at it and it said, I had done 30 min of running :) -- I know I am a super fast walker, no one, except my 6'3" hubby keeps up with me....lol So the 4.8 mile walk I took with my doggie this morning and 3 miles of errands I "ran" this afternoon, between those two trips, somehow I walked at high speed that the all mighty google thought; I was running :lol: Maybe I was literally running errands :rofl:
