I want to get from 79.4 to 72 by Valentine's day. It will be the first time in the low 70s in two years.

Well, I'm just shooting up at break neck speed! Not sure what the deal is! I'm up 6.2 pounds since Christmas. So, I'm not sure what to set my goal at, now.

I would love to lose 20 pounds by Valentine's Day, but I'm aiming for 15! Really, would be nice to be under 330..

Did good yesterday and saw a 2 lb drop in the number on the scale. Glad some of this water weight is going!

I forgot to weigh in this morning, so I did it in the afternoon. Not really concerned about it since I know weight fluctuates. I'm doing great in the food department, but lacking in the exercise.

5 down, 7 to go (actually 7 down as I saw 167 as the number on NYE when I went in for my knee surgery)

today the scale said 160, i actually saw a flash of 159 but that was not where it settled. Maybe tomorrow I'll see the 150's!

Default I "Heart" this!

I am doing a detox/cleanse diet that is supposed to last until January 31, but plan to extend it until I am at 169. WI on Saturday was 189, so my goal is to be in the '70's by Valentines day. Should be a piece of broccoli (HA! cracking myself up...not a piece of cake!) 10 pounds in 6 weeks.
To hit it, I need to:
1. Drink a lot of water
2. Keep on eating program...no sugar, gluten, dairy or meat (I'm a vegetarian, so this is the easy one), or processed foods (this is the hard one...I love salty crunchy snacks)
3. Exercise!
4. Accountability...I'll check once a week after WI.

I have hit a brick wall!!!

So, readjusting my Valentine goal....to reflect the fact that I am (as of this morning) .2 higher than I was on 11/26! I was hoping to be back to my Christmas weight of 230.4 by now but no such luck. Not sure what's going on!

I'm thinking that I would like to shoot for 222 by Valentine's Day. That's 13.2 lbs......it's gonna be hard but I'll try!

Meanwhile, I am staying OP and exercising. Surely, I'll start seeing results again soon!
