Bouncy bouncy scale today. I kept weighing until I got the same number six times in a row.

Well, I measured 6.5 six times in a row, but didn't believe it, and re-weighed after brushing my teeth. Should have left Well Enough alone!

I kept weighing until I got the same number TEN times in a row to day. So yesterday the weigh-in seemed too low...today, too high. I'll never be happy....least not until all this flabber flabber is gone.

I have to weigh several times to make sure the digital scale has warmed up and weighing right. And the other I totally agree with, I feel the same about this fat I am carrying even though I have got ridden of most of what has to go. As for weight varying day to day, that is the way it is. I just accept that as a fact and move on. Somewhere between our last high weight and our current lowest weight is our real weight. And no formula for it. So I, probably like most of the rest of you, take my todays weight as my weight, even if I know I am owed 5 lbs off by the scales or if I had the runs and dropped an extra 5 lbs. Right now, though I am showing another low, I have more coming but I will not get it until the scales let me have it. Today's weight is 201.2... the 5 lb goal for me is 199.4 .6 lb to go for this goal B F R |
I'll just sit in my little corner and wait to congratulate the winner.

My mule gave me a kick. Up 2 today :dizzy:....hopefully it's water or something related to the cheerios-for-breakfast (usually it's eggs). Anyway, it's not fair! 900 calories 2 days in a row, and this is how my scale thanks me! :tantrum:

Well, Kifi, I don't know what your excuse is, but I needed some help yesterday and used my mule to plough the south 40 and he was just too worn out to cross over the finish line. But he is in the barn resting today with an extra ration of oats.
I say he will cross the finish line tomorrow morning :dancer: But I have been wrong before :rolleyes: Good luck gal, and all the rest of ya to Frankly, I would love it to see three or four of us finish tomorrow :) B F R |
