Default Challenge to Stay "On Plan" For the Rest of December 2014

I am challenging myself to stay "on plan" for the rest of the month.

It will help to log my daily food and exercise here in black & white.

Today's log:

B: Belvita breakfast bars, coffee
L/D: Homemade Chili, Reg Sprite Cranberry, 4 dark choc kisses
S: frozen yogurt, Ritz peanut butter crackers
Exercise: Walked 30 minutes

Everyone is welcome to join in if you'd like to.

Brunch: mini chicken salad sandwich, mini tuna salad sandwich, 2 mini danishes, 1 cracker, cinnamon pecans, tea
D: chili
S: banana cinnamon pecans

12/26/14
B: mini bagel, Laughing Cow wedge, coffee w/ 1/4 c milk, banana
L: Healthy choice, 6 hersheys kisses
D: chili, cinnamon pecans
Exercise: walked 30 mins

Hi Fluffy Puppy Congrats on your 23 pound weight loss! I hope you end the month strong. I'm trying my hardest to make 25 total loss for 2014.

B: McD bagel w/cream cheese, small coffee
L: Lean Cuisine pizza, 2 dark choc dipped pretzels
D: Veg beef soup, Dove dark chocs
S: Ritz PB crackers, clementine, cinnamon pecans
Exercise: walked 30 mins
