9/1 ~Spent with Family
9/2~ 1 Hour water aerobics 9/3~ 1 hour water aerobics 9/4~ 1 hour water aerobics 9/5~ 1 hour water aerobics 9/6~ I spent the day running after a bunch of kids at my sons birthday party....didn't walk. I am going to try to add that this week. I may possible add some time in the gym as well. |
