    I joined in 2008. Lost 70 lbs. by 2010. Gained most of it back. I started back on the weight loss journey again march 2014. I know posting helped last time so here I am.

    Congrats on that huge loss, but this is a 5lb challenge thread! You would want to post your CW (225) and then subtract 5lb (220) as your "goal weight" for this challenge!

    So yours should be:
    SW: 225
    CW: 225
    GW: 220

    When you check in, update your current weight. If you are the FIRST to lose 5lbs, you make the new thread!
