I unfortunately saw a gain. I think it was from my Fiance's Mac and Cheese that I just couldn't turn down. Only 1/2 lb though! I can DO this! SW: 188 GW: 183 I want that to happen fast if possible! SO nice to more towards the 170s! |

Yes, yes he does. I won't push it, because it makes him so uncomfortable, but I hope one day he realizes it's not a big deal and he suggests it. Until that day, *sigh* I will have to service myself on shark weeks.

Lots of losses, very spiffy. I saw a small gain this morning, but considering I KNEW it was coming, I don't feel so bad, it does ALWAYS happen on shark week. I've stayed in my calories to a lovely "T" and am doing good. Going to run today and all ready have a plan for foods! YAY! SW: 188 CW: 186.6 (-1.4) GW: 183 |
