skittles it wasn't really until I started doing the 5:2 diet which is also like calorie cycling. In the past every time I hit a plateau I would cycle my calories to shake things up and it worked. So far so good with this as long as I stick with it. If I ate/eat like I am supposed to I would definitely be at goal by now. It's just crazy how easy it is to fall off the wagon.
ETA: I was out of the 160's in early June and blew it. Went back up to 167, then back down to 160 at the end of the month, smh.
