First time I think that I have ever started the exercise challenge by actually doing it on the first day lol Mind set please stay with me. |
Goal: Run at least 1 mile every day in July.

My exercise goal for July is to complete two days of arms and two days of legs each week for my strength exercises. Hopefully this works as a format for me to track...

7/01: Ran 1 mile & walked 3.5 miles 7/02: Ran 1 mile & walked 3 miles. Thought about doing some squats and pushups today for some extra zing. Didn't do any, but I did think about it. Maybe tomorrow I'll think about them AND do them. Progress, not perfection. |
New bench press PR for me: 60 lb for five sets of five! My squat is up to 90 lb, too - DOUBLE what I started with.

Increased all of my weights and some reps so already seeing progress :) I am doing other exercise too but I'm not tracking it. I just realized an outsider might think its odd that its all I'm doing. |
