    I am jumping back in, tracking wrong since vacation.

    I have no idea why I gained. I went over my calories the past 5 days, and I've been under everyday, didn't miss anything. I finished C25K week 2 yesterday. Hmmm... I guess, stick to it and see what happens in the morning or the day after?

    kurisitari, on completing week 2 of C25K. You know your muscles could be retaining a little water from the running ... what a great reason to gain and you are working it out

    TOM should be gone tomorrow, thank goodness. I ate what I input for a change on MFP yesterday and it paid off. Still up from my start but I was down 3.2lbs of bloat this morning ... yay me
